He’s produced and hosted culinary events at Colina Cuervo in Brooklyn, Side Street Studios in Capetown, made wine lists and playlists at Niche Niche, took over the kitchen at the Ace Hotel in London for a residency, and designed menus and cooked for a fundraiser at Archestratus Books benefitting the North Carolina Aids Action Network and Helem in Beirut, Lebanon.

His restaurant experience includes working both front and back-of-house at Pearl & Ash, Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery and Per Se, José Andrés’ minibar in Washington D.C., and wd~50.
