ABOUT


TOMMY WERNER is a video producer, director, writer, recipe developer, wine instructor, chef, and collage artist living in New York City. 

He’s appeared on-camera as a consultant on the History Channel’s Food That Made America as an expert and researcher.

His written work has appeared in publications such as Bon Appétit, Gather Journal, Epicurious, Put a Egg On It, Artsy Magazine, Food & Wine, Edible Manhattan & Edible BrooklynVine Pair, and Kinoscope.

He also works as a pop-up chef and host around New York and the world, working with Archestratus Books in Brooklyn, Niche Niche in New York City, Ace Hotel London, the Cape Town Street Food Festival, and the Antennae Gallery in New Orleans.
